Ruffed Grouse Casserole

What you need.

Two grouse – skinned and boned – cut into chunks

One cup grated American cheese

Half cup chopped pimentos

Two fifteen ounce cans chopped tomatoes with the juice

One small onion chopped

One cup wild rice

Third cup olive oil

Two cups boiling water

Two cloves minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Take a large casserole dish and spray with vegetable oil. Now combine all the above mentioned ingredients and cook in a 350 degree oven for one hour and thirty minutes.
