What you need.

Two pounds fresh fish fillets

Cumin

Salt

Ground red pepper

Ground black pepper

Two cloves minced garlic

Eight large green olives chopped

Quarter cup chopped cilantro

One can drained pinto beans

One can mexican style chopped tomatoes-drained

One Jalapeno pepper deveined and seeds removed-minced

 

What you do.

Take and rub the fish fillets with the minced garlic and cook about five minutes on each side and sprinkle with the red, black pepper and cumin while cooking on each side. Remove when fish is done. Now combine the last five ingredients and serve as a side dish.
