Stuffed Venison Burger

What you need.

 

( this recipe makes four half pound stuffed burgers)

Two pounds venison burger

One medium onion – diced fine

Half teaspoon ground red pepper

One teaspoon salt

One teaspoon ground black pepper

Quarter pound cubed cheddar cheese – about one inch in size

One or two large tomatoes – sliced

One purple onion sliced

Sliced Swiss cheese

Large hamburger buns or kaiser rolls

Lettuce leaves – washed and dried

 

What you do.

 

Mix well together the first five ingredients. Make into eight large patties. On top of the bottom patty put a cube of cheddar cheese. Now place another meat patty on top of each bottom patty and seal tightly the edges so the cheese does not leak out of the hamburger. Charcoal broil until medium done. Place on bottom half of the bun the burger and add a slice of Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and other condiments of choice. This is a meal to savor so bring your appetite. Enjoy!
