Venison Chili And Cheddar Oven Bake

What you need.

One large casserole dish – with vegetable oil sprayed all around inside

One pound ground venison

Two tablespoons canola oil or corn oil

One cup red bell peppers chopped

One cup green bell peppers chopped

One cup chopped onion

One cup beef broth

One pound cooked bow tie pasta – cooked according to the package directions

Two tablespoons red chili powder

One teaspoon black pepper

One teaspoon cumin

Two cloves minced garlic

One small package frozen corn

Two cups shredded cheddar cheese

 

What you do.

Brown the venison in the oil, garlic and onion in a fry pan. Now mix all the rest of the ingredients well and pour into prepared casserole dish. Cover with the cheddar cheese and put into a pre heated oven set at 350 degrees and cook for twenty-five minutes or until it begins to bubble. Serve with hot buttered tortillas.
