What you need.
Two pounds ground venison
three eggs
One medium onion-chopped
One cup Italian style bread crumbs
One third cup water
One teaspoon black pepper
One teaspoon salt
One tablespoon dry parsley
Two (1/2 in. by 4 in. long ) pieces of Monterey Jack cheese
Sauce recipe
One cup sweet relish
One cup ketchup
Mix both well.
What you do.
Mix all the meat loaf ingredients together well-except for the cheese. Now in a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan, coated with vegetable spray, put the mixed meat mixture. Now with your finger make an indentation down the center of the loaf about two inches deep. Place the cheese in the indentation and cover with the meat. Now spread the prepared sauce over the top and put into a preheated oven at 350 degrees for an hour and fifteen minutes or until fully cooked.
Remove from oven and let stand for fifteen minutes, slice and serve.
