For the outdoors men or women that love their salmon and will go as far as Alaska to harvest them, I have a simple but delicious recipe. I call it Citrus Salmon.
What you need.
Two pounds salmon fillets or trout fillets Salt and pepper to taste Two tablespoons lemon rind Two tablespoons orange rind Half teaspoon oregano One teaspoon tarragon Four chives chopped Grated Romano cheese
What you do.
Wash and clean the salmon fillets. Place the fillets on a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle the lemon and orange rind and the other ingredients over the fillets. Seal and close the aluminum around the fillets and place in a pre heated 375 degree oven for thirty minutes and check to see if done. Fish will flake when done.
