The video shown above uses HI-Country Fry Mix, which has all the ingredients in one easy to use package.

Weather it is early or late season fishing, there is always a fish willing to grab your bait or lure. The following recipe is good for any fish you’ve caught. Weather it be bass, walleye or any other fresh or salt water fish, it will work. That is why I call this recipe the- All American Fish Fry.

What you need.

Two pounds cooked and boned fish of choice – bass catfish and pike will work well with this recipe

Three eggs – beaten

One teaspoon course ground black pepper

Half teaspoon ground red pepper

One teaspoon dried parsley

One small onion chopped fine

Half cup fresh celery – chopped fine

Twenty-five saltine crackers – crushed (salted or unsalted)

Peanut oil for frying

What you do.

Mix well all the ingredients except for the peanut oil. After mixing well form into small fish patties.

Place in a fry pan with heated peanut oil and cook until golden in color on each side. Sere with your favorite fish sauce or eat as a snack right from the fry pan. They work great when put in a cooler as a snack while fishing.
