Woody Shuler, from Woody’s Lures in Townsend sent the Captain his Hauser Reservoir Fishing Report from last week, check it out…
Hey all,

I fished Hauser Reservoir last Monday for walleyes. Had to work for them, fished and fished, and fished then BAM, BAM, BAM. 4 walleyes in one spot all nice fish in the 18″ range. Used 1/8 oz. Woody’s Flutter with 3″ Smelt color Gulp Minnow.

Later, hit a very Big Walleye, but it just ran away from me, couldn’t stop this fish. Ran under a submerged tree and I couldn’t get it out, was ready to dive in, but broke off. Some really nice rainbows on the jig also, one at 22″ and fat.

Going to start night fishing this week, have some new jig proto types made just for using at night.

Later.
