Alaskan fishing guides have to do more than just bait hooks for their clients. Duties in the bush can include everything from digging the outhouse holes in the hard permafrost soil to hauling 55 gallon barrels of gasoline by boat upstream. Yet some folks eagerly seek out the job to live, work and play in some spectacular country.
