According to Tom Steinbrenner, The Clearwater Steelhead are biting lighted Plugs. This little gal hit a yellow shad, deep diving, Laser Lure. Steinbrenner was fishing last Saturday Morning at 3:00 a.m. in Downtown Lewiston, Idaho, right below Memorial Bridge.
