This week www.MontanaOutdoor.com achieved another milestone. On Thursday, we reached a goal of 100,000 page views in one month.  That’s pretty incredible.  So, we want to give a big thanks to all our fans, who listen to the weekly radio show and visit our website regularly.  We also want to continue to build our hunting and fishing community.  Stop by our facebook page and give us a “Like.”  We promise to keep your newsfeed filled with interesting, informative and funny hunting and fishing stories from all over Montana.

Our most popular story this week, was about Jason Maxwell, who opened his archery season with a rifle kill.  See what he shot here.

The Twisted Tea “Hot Fishing Spot of the Week” is Fort Peck Reservoir.  Bill Hinrich, of Rock Creek Marina, reports the “fishing is really hot  for northern, walleye and bass.” Bill said he caught over 60 pike in one trip.  Check out the Captains story of fishing Fort Peck with Bill here.

The 14th Annual Goose Blind Broadcast was a great success. Read the full report here. There were 18 hunters in the blind and they killed 16 geese.  You can listen to the show by clicking here.

Also, congratulations to Julie Wright, of Ronan, and Les Cox, of Great Falls! They were the latest winners on the Kendall Four Seasons Subaru statewide trivia. Be sure to tune in to the Montana Outdoor Radio Show for your chance to win every Saturday morning.
