Signs of the deer rut have been surfacing. The muleys and whitetail bucks are starting to get their necks to swell and starting to round up does. Missoula fire fighter, Josh Stewart, bagged a gorgeous muley buck on as he says “on top of a big ol mountain.” Josh is no stranger to hunting critters in high places. He recently filled his mountain goat tag back in September at a altitude of 9500 feet.
