FLATHEAD RESERVATION FISH AND WILDLIFE BOARD TO MEET FEBRUARY 27TH

The Flathead Reservation Fish and Wildlife Board will meet on Wednesday, February 27 at the Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) Region 1 Headquarters at 490 N. Meridian Road, Kalispell, MT Phone: (406)751-4564, beginning at 10:00 a.m.  According to Board Chairman Whisper Camel-Means, the agenda will focus on cooperative enforcement efforts by wardens of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, FWP, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.

The Board includes three state members, three Tribal members, and one member from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.  It was established pursuant to the State/Tribal agreement on managing fish and game birds within the boundaries of the reservation.
