One teaspoon lemon juice

Two cups milk and half cup flour blended well

Next add the blended milk and flour stirring well until it begins to thicken. Now add the jelly and stir in well .

Take your cooked bird and place on a toasted piece of French bread and pour sauce over the bird. It is quite a tasty sauce. You can sub current or blackberry jelly if you please.
