sfwposterMontana Sportsmen for Fish & Wildlife is proud to be part of the first Youth Conservation & Education Expo in Corvallis, Montana! This is a great opportunity to get our younger generation excited, motivated and educated in the many aspects of hunting, fishing and conservation. We are teaming up with other outdoor organizations to offer a daylong program of shooting, fly-casting, critter calling, horse packing, archery and other interesting activities for toddlers to 18-year-olds.

MTSFW’s booth will be holding a skull identification contest. After a quick educational workshop, eligible youths who correctly identify the skulls will be entered to win a FREE European mount by Alpine Artistry. MTSFW is proud to announce thanks to local private landowners, we will be holding drawings for 5 local youth hunts! Two antlerless elk, two white-tailed hunts (by bow or shotgun only) and one antlerless white-tailed hunt! Eligible youths who complete the requirements will get their chance to be drawn! There will be other prizes offered throughout the day from other organizations as well. This will be a day of good fun and education plus your kiddos could win big!

To top it off, twenty participants between the ages of 11-13 and 14-18 will be drawn to attend an all-expense-paid Outdoor Adventure Camp at the Boone and Crockett Club’s Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Ranch just west of Dupuyer on Montana’s Rocky Mountain Front. This five-day camp offers young people a chance to learn outdoor skills, including fishing, hunting, hiking and camping in a beautiful location near Glacier National Park.

We hope to see you there!
