Attention Montana Bear Hunters

This is Joe from the Yellowstone Country Bear Hunters Association with your weekly bear hunting tip.

Focus your early season hunting efforts on creek and canyon bottoms, these areas act as natural funnels down to lower elevations and they are generally the first locations to sprout new grass and clover. Do not overlook these areas, use the landscape as a guide and look for natural locations bears may travel down from higher elevations in search of new green grass!
