Wildlife Crossings Getting Good Use

Montana Department of Transportation’s motion sensor cameras set up in wildlife crossing structures along U.S. Highway 93 have captured some great images of wildlife since put in place. The MDT website has over a hundred great pictures posted for the public on their website, here are a handful of our favorites.

Montana Department of Transportation’s construction of wildlife crossings along U.S. Highway 93, known as The Peoples Way, has been a model in habitat conservation. Government and mining officials from Mongolia were recently reported visiting the area and taking notes to recreate a version of the project in their own country.
