Montana Nonresident Deer and Elk Combo Hunting Licenses Available TODAY!

According to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, elk numbers in 85% of Montana’s hunting districts are “at or over objective”, and this year is the year to hunt in big sky country!

Starting today, May 6th, nonresidents can purchase deer and elk combination licenses!

Montana nonresident combo license prices are:

  • Big Game Combo license (deer and elk) is $954
  • Youth Big Game Combo license is $482
  • Elk Combo license $804
  • Deer Combo license $565

The combo licenses include a fishing license, upland game bird license and the Hunting Access Enhancement Fee.  Montana’s archery season runs from September 7th through October 20th, while General Big Game Season runs from October 26th through December 1st.
