Trapping Gophers with a Wolf Trap

Do you feel badly for your wolf traps when they are not being used out of season?  Well, grab those traps, and put them to use, because they apparently work quite well for trapping gophers!

Setting a trap at the mouth of a gopher hole, and covering it with dirt–ensuring it is completely hidden, will most likely result with a trapped gopher.

It is very important that you have permission to trap before trapping on private land, and always adhere to your state’s trapping regulations.  Also, check out the montanaoutdoor.com post about gopher fishing (click HERE) for another way to get gophers.
