Bill Brown at Bob Wards says the main stream of the Bitterroot River is closed from 2pm to midnight, so get out in the morning. The Clark Fork above and below Missoula are closed from 2pm to midnight all the way down to the Flathead River.
Brett French Outdoor editor of the Billings Gazette talks about the unusual weather this Summer.

Chancy at Snappy’s says Echo Lake is doing well on bass large and smallmouth
Dallas at Highline Cleaners in Chester says the fishing this last week’s been slow, but with the walleye derby this week end is shaping up well.
Dale from Don’s in Lewistown says Spring Creek’s been a little off with the thunderstorms that’s been coming through. The Nymph fishing has been doing well though.
