Massive Lightning Strikes In HD Slow Motion

Before planning a fishing trip on the water lately, in western Montana, anglers should make sure to check the weather, as there have been a lot of isolated thunderstorms with lightning.  With all the talk about lightning in the weather reports lately, have you wondered what lightning looks like in slow motion?

Well, “scannerguy1968” decided to get his HD camera out and see for himself.   He filmed two huge lightning bolts with his Casio EX-F1 300 fps and slowed the footage down to 160x.  Apparently, one of the bolts he filmed could not find any “feelers” to make connection with the ground.
