Maple Wasabi Salmon Recipe
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp wasabi (or more to taste)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- lemon slices
- 1 cedar plank
Mix syrup, soy, wasabi, ginger, and garlic, then marinade salmon fillets while soaking cedar plank in water (both steps need at least one hour).
Place salmon on the plank, top with lemon slices, and place in grill. Cook the salmon to desired doneness–about 8-10 minutes depending on thickness.
