The Captain fished Holter Reservoir on Monday with Doug Stewart, from Missoula, and they ended up boating just four fish. Overall, it was a slow day, and there were very few fisherman out on the water.
The weather was nice in the morning, then in the afternoon a thunderstorm rolled through the area. The rain was nice, but the fishing did not improve, and most of the anglers that were there left the lower campground before the storm.
If you’re going to boat four fish, you might as well make one of them a 20-incher! Nice rainbow, Doug!
