Deer Disintegrates on Impact after being Hit by a Car at 140mph

Remember when Montana didn’t have a speed limit?  I’m sure you do, as it wasn’t really that long ago. I remember being so disappointed when that happened, but I wonder how many vehicle/deer collisions the speed limit has prevented.

Well, there was a driver on the Autobahn, Germany, cruising in his BMW Z4 at 140 mph when all of the sudden, he hit a deer.  You can only imagine the impact.  The odd thing was that the deer disappeared!  The uninjured driver pulled over, and after taking a look at his car, it all made sense.

The previously estimated 150-pound deer ended up becoming a liquid spray on impact.  Montana’s roadkill law wouldn’t exactly apply here if this happened in Montana, as there was nothing left of the deer!  You can see in the photos below that the hide was sucked up under the hood into a blob of fur and blood.  Apparently, driving 140 mph on the Autobahn can have its perks, but it can also have its drawbacks.  Always watch for wildlife, apparently on the Autobahn, too, regardless of how fast you’re going!

Check out the gruesome photos from the accident below:
