MISSOULA – Imagine facing a cold Montana winter without the proper clothing. Sadly, many of our neighbors do just that. Whether it’s because of ill-fitting clothing, old and worn boots, or just insufficient layers, many families need help staying warm.

Answering this need is Bob Ward and Sons Sporting Goods and their clothing vendor partner, Columbia. For several years, Bob Ward’s and Columbia have invited Montanans to “Share the Warmth” by donating used winter coats and boots at their local Bob Ward’s. The donations are then cleaned and distributed to local non-profit organizations by Bob Ward’s media and laundry facility partners.

If you would like to help fellow Montanans stay warm this winter, drop off your gently used coats at your local Bob Ward’s store. They are located in Missoula, Helena, Butte, Bozeman, and Hamilton. Bob Ward’s will reward your generosity with a coupon to use in store, where you can discover Columbia’s Omni-Heat jackets. Bob Ward’s will be collecting donations until December 31st, 2013.

When you’re ready for a new way to keep warm remember to donate your old coat and “Share the Warmth,” with Bob Ward’s and Columbia.
