As we near the end of the year, New Years day is one of the biggest days of the year for ice fishing. Find out where the fish are biting across the Treasure State, from the latest episode of the Montana Outdoor Radio Show.

Brett French Outdoor editor of the Billings Gazette says the seasonal snow came in at the best time for folks to get out this Holiday season
Chancy at Snappy’s says Beaver Lake is doing well on kokannee, and Murray Lake is doing well on rainbows.
Dale from Don’s in Lewistown says they have good ice and fish being caught.
Dallas at Highline Cleaners in Chester says ice fishing is well under way on Tiber with 16 inches of ice.
Leonard from Robert’s Bait and Tackle says Holter is not safe, but there ice on some many other lakes.
