Montana’s wolf harvest numbers on opening day of wolf trapping season reached over 100. There are still no Wolf Management Units closed due to quotas being met, but that could change any time with wolf trapping season underway. It will be interesting to see where the numbers are next week. Below is FWP’s updated wolf harvest list for Montana. (Note that the wolf trapping season is open, but they just hadn’t updated it on their table when they posted it yesterday)
