Wildlife Rehabilitation Success Pictures from FWP

“Rehabilitation, by definition, means that injured/orphaned animals are able to be successfully released back into the wild. To be successful, these animals must be able to recognize appropriate wild food sources, recognize and avoid natural predators and be able to compete successfully for mates, food and territory.”

The preceding words are straight from the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks (MFWP) website, and many people may not realize that MFWP has a rehabilitation center that helps get animals back into their natural, wild habitat.
