Sunday, on Lake Mary Ronan, the Captain was joined by Dick Zimmer from Zimmer Tackle. As is normally the case, the Macman out-fished the Captain. Zimmer caught his limit of salmon in one hour using his special Kokanee set-up from, of course, Zimmer’s Tackle.
After that, they headed out for some perch fishing and ended up with a half dozen nice size perch, with the longest being 12 inches. The longest salmon was 11 inches.
Sunday maggots and shrimp oil did the trick for salmon, and night crawlers worked for perch. The salmon were caught in 22-24 feet of water, just like Saturday.
