The captain and Sauger Steve Knutson, along with Jim Swanson, went fishing this morning Thursday on Fort Peck reservoir it was a great walleyed day we end up catching our limit of walleyes with many of them between 16 and 22 inches in length.

Thunderstorms raised havoc on our afternoon fishing at Fort Peck reservoir. Once again, it was 20 feet deep trolling 1 mile an hour pulling bottom monsters along with nightcrawlers and leeches, and it just worked great. Walleye fishing is fantastic right now, and the campground is full here at Hell Creek State Park.

We have the Hellcreek women’s tournament coming up this Saturday.  At last count, there were 29 teams competing in the one day tournament.
