Gene Fincher the Happy Hooker reports Lake Superior Whitefish are stacking up in Woods Bay, and reminds us of this season’s 16 Annual Great Montana Mack Attack & Whitefish Gig Fest coming up in a few weeks. For more information call 406-261-2445.
John Harris from Lakeside Resort in Trout Creek says the pike are hitting pretty hard, and reports a 7yr that caught a 6lbs 2oz walleye..    
Linda at Rock Creek Marina says fishing’s picking up.
Ben from Ronan Sports and Western says Lake Superior Whitefish on Flathead Lake a bit spotty but good.

Ruth Ann North at Tiber Marina says the tournament was a success. And the fishing is still great.
Ryan from Bob Wards says in Bozeman check the temp on the Madison, above 70degrees move on to other waters but the Gallatin has had success on stimis and other attractant flies. Butte the rivers and streams have dropped, but are ideal for dry flies. In Helena, Canyon Ferry Lake is producing especially in the early mornings, and late evenings. Though algae is pretty thick so be sure to use lures with flash.

Shelby from Rocky Mountain Supply in Dillon says the area fishing on the lake is hit and miss, and there’s been some success for those trolling around the East side.
Tammy from Northwest Sports in Eureka says the kokanee is slowed, but will pick up as the spawn begins.
