The 16th annual goose blind broadcast was a huge success!
It was, again, hosted by Jaye and Linda Johnson from Charlo. Sixteen camoed up hunters managed to keep hidden in a 70-foot goose blind and harvest 32 Canada geese Saturday morning and evening. It was the 2014 waterfowl opener in Montana, too!
The hunters included Johnson Scott Buxbaum from Charlo , Dean Hoisted from Missoula, George Donnelly from Helena, Steve and Matt McAfee from Missoula, Bob Culp from Frenchtown, Jens and Andrew Gran from Polson and Kalispell, Burton Otness from Kalispell , Bill Brown from Missoula, Eddie Strommen from Anaconda, Frank Schmidtz from Pablo, Mike Hutchens from Missoula and Carl Hayden and Devin Huntley both from Missoula.
