In the wake of the Montana Outdoor Radio Show’s 16th Annual Goose Blind Broadcast success this past weekend, we have another successful waterfowl hunting story to share.
Steven Strohmer, a former Montana resident who moved back to his home state of Michigan in the spring, found that he is one of many who caught the waterfowl hunting bug. As a first time duck hunter, 25 year-old Steven wasn’t sure what to expect, and he was surprised at just how challenging it can be for those who haven’t ever hunted ducks. Challenging or not, though, Steven was successful! Steven already has a small collection of recipes for the few ducks he was fortunate enough to bring home over the weekend. Way to go!
