MONTANA ANIMAL RIGHTS GROUPS CLAIM THAT HB212 IS AN ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE MEANING OF HARVEST. HOW WILL THEY EXPLAIN THIS?

The word Harvest is used 41 times in the 16 pages of the Montana Wolf regulations, 51 times in the 16 pages of the Furbearer regulations, 17 times in 120 pages of the Deer, Elk, & Antelope regulations, and 43 times in the fishing regulations. The wolf and furbearer regulations are the only ones that deal with take by means of trapping. So, obviously the word harvest in our Montana Constitution includes to “take by means of trapping”.
