Montana’s wolf hunters and trappers have brought the wolf harvest total up to 194 as of February 22nd. With the state’s wolf trapping season closing this Saturday, February 28th, there is still more time for hunters to get after wolves, as wolf hunting season closes on March 15th. To date, the only Wolf Management Unit (WMU) closure is 313, which closed on November 6, 2014.
