Looking like spring is finally here. Time to get ready for some of the best fishing of the year. Of course don’t forget your to renew your license first. Bill Brown at Bob Wards says Georgetown Lake is fishing well, and in Salmon steele head fishing on the Clear Water will do well.
Brett French Outdoor editor of the Billings Gazette says Montana may be getting ready for an early Spring, and describes his weekly article at Montanaoutdoor.com.
Chancy at Snappy’s says area ice is still holding up, but be careful out there.
Dallas at Highline Cleaners in Chester says there was one caught that was over 30lbs on Tiber.
Gene Fincher the Happy Hooker discusses the Bitterroot Bash at Bitterroot Lake for salmon and rainbow.
Jim at Westside Sports says ice on Nelson is the same.
John Harris from Lakeside Resort in Trout Creek says there’s word of ice by Triangle Pond, but the ice is questionable so be safe out there.
Leonard from Roberts Bait and Tackle says the only safe ice left is on Tiber.
