Missoula area rivers and streams are on the rise again-but last week was pretty good on Bitterroot and Clark Fork with some March brown patterns and Skwala type fly patterns.  If the rivers rise slowly, there will still be opportunity for some dry fly action.  Dry/dropper is still good on Rock Creek and Blackfoot-but no reports of great fishing-some here and some there.  Missouri River is still good with bwo patterns when cloudy.  Nymphing is best for numbers of fish.  If headed to the Missouri-make sure you check the weather reports-last week we had severe winds for two days in a row-very tough fishing conditions.
