Denny Peterson and his buddy Jim Johnson from Lincoln are fishing with the Captain this week on Fort Peck.
It was a good Monday. Walleyes are on a tougher bite today but Denny Peterson managed to catch a couple of walleyes–each 24 and 25 inches in length. They were real healthy fish.
The fish were deeper at about 20 feet. Crawlers mostly, but also leeches, worked. Pulling bottom bouncers plus smiley gold blades worked morning until the bite died down.
