With the eve of General Rifle upon us, maybe this is just wishfull thinking, but I have been REALLY interested in learning how to properly cape an animal. I have asked myself while in the field, “If you bag a bruiser, do you know how to properly take care of it?” The answer is NO, and it is porbably a good thing I have never bagged a wall hanger deep in the backcountry.
