Maddie Spear bagged this elk over by Gardiner, Montana. This young huntress drew a special youth tag good for over by Gardiner and took advantage of it by harvesting this nice cow elk. Earlier this year, Maddie shot her first buck, too!
Congratulations Maddie! Her dad, Marc Spear, told the Captain that he was glad that at least one of the family members helped fill the freezer this year.
