There has never been a better time to get the youngsters out on the ice! Mark your calendars, tie a string around your finger, write post-it note reminders–what ever you have to do!
This ice fishing clinic is for both boys and girls and is scheduled for February 13th from 9am – 1pm at the Frenchtown Pond. There is a great list of sponsors (see poster below), and participants can win door prizes. The kids will learn about ice safety, how to use tip-ups, fish identification, fishing regulations and more! There will also be chili and hot dogs!
So, dress warm, and save the date!
