Let me start out by stating what the Bitterroot Valley Chamber of Commerce website states the following regarding fishing in the area:
Fishing:
The Bitterroot River offers one hundred miles of fishable river, 11+ fishing access sites and some of the most pristine fishing areas in Montana. The Bitterroot is famous for its dry fly trout fishing, boasting 22 in. plus Browns during heavy spring skwala hatches. Lake fishing is also available at Lake Como and Painted Rocks Lake. Feel free to stop into one of our many fly fishing shops for the latest information on licenses, guided fishing trips, and advice on where to go and what to use.
After reading what the Bitterroot Valley Chamber of Commerce has posted on their website, do you notice anything (or things) out of place in the above-pictured Bitterroot Valley billboard that is on Hwy 93 heading south from Missoula?  Take a good look at it, and tune into the Captain and crew on Catchin the Big Ones  from 8-9am on KGVO 1290am/101.5fm in Missoula while the Captain explores the aspects of this billboard that are confusing some local anglers.
You can also listen online http://newstalkkgvo.com/ listen-live/popup/ .   The show is broadcast live from Paradise Falls on the” Banks of Brooks” in Missoula,
