The Great Rockies Sport Show, an outdoor show for the hunters, trappers and anglers and their families, will take over the Adams Center in Missoula this Saturday and Sunday March 12-13. “We are really excited to be back in Missoula this weekend and we have a couple of exciting shows that I am sure everyone will enjoy”, said Bill Reier JR the promoter of the show.

The first is Rattlesnake Dave and his West Texas Rattlesnake show. So far, in Billings and Helena Rattlesnake Dave has performed to standing room crowds where folks have been informed, amazed, and entertained by Dave and his rattlesnakes”, said Reier.

Also included in the price of admission will be world famous archery expert Frank Addington and his razzle dazzle archery exhibition. “The highlight of Addington’s show is when he hits an aspirin with his bow after it is thrown in the air”.

Reier also knows how much the kids enjoy going to his outdoor shows so he is once again featuring the always popular kid’s trout pond and the Yankee Joe’s Gemstone and Fossil Mining. “If your kids love collecting rocks, fossils, and arrowheads then Yankee Joe’s enables the kids to mine gemstones and fossils”.

For hunters the big buck contest lets hunters show off their success in the field and have a chance to win a gift certificate. “Just bring in your horns, get them measured and we will put them on display for everyone to see,” said Reier. Expert Colleen Sloan will be at the show this year explaining how to cook foods through simple Dutch Oven Cooking.
