In early February a friend of Lance Jones’ found a moose shed in the deep snow while on a trap line in SW Montana.
Lance decided to return to the area to see if he could find it and it didn’t take long with all the snow gone and minimal vegetation to find it.
Now is the time to find those big sheds before the forest floors green up making it tough to see them.
