Hunting season is back to Montana and fishing is great. Hear all of the latest statewide hunting and fishing reports, from the most recent episode of the Montana Outdoor Radio Show.

-Chancy from Snappy’s in Kalispell says area trout fishing is doing well.
-Charlie at Don’s says if you can make it to the Missouri River, despite the mud, it’s fishing is pretty decent.
-Cindy from The Spring Mack Days says there were over 1200 fish turned in Friday.
-Dallas at Highline Cleaners in Chester says been a few reports on walleyes, trout, and Northerns on Tiber.
-Jim from the Upper Missouri Walleyes Unlimited reports on their Annual Banquet at the Gateway Center in Helena coming up May 7th.
-Joe Herbold of Jordan reports from the Jerry Johnson Memorial Tough Guy Tournament on Ft Peck.
-Kiel from Rocky Mountain Supply in Dillon says the warmer weather will help area anglers and they have been working with the NRA for their banquet this weekend, lots of raffles options and there are still tickets available.
-Mary Beth Kibler of Kibler Outfitting says there were 53 teams out there at the Jerry Johnson Memorial

-Mike Markum of the Stone Fly Fly Shop in Butte says as it warms up the fishing will change on the Bighole.

-Sharon at the Silos on Canyon Ferry in Helena says walleye are doing well on ponds 1&2, dress for wind.
-Todd Young of the Montana Walleye Governors Cup reports the Gov Cup is getting full.
-Woody Schuler of Woody Lures in Townsend says the rivers are better, but the water is a bit low, as the weather improves the fishing will as well.

-Ryan of Bob Wards says in Helena its time to get your boat out and get after the walleyes on Canyon Ferry Lake. In the Bozeman the Gallatin is pretty dirty right now with the run off going on. In Butte Clark Fork North of Galen has been seeing skwalla action on the river.
