Glacier Employee Left Wounded After Bear Attack in the Park

According to KPAX, Glacier National Park employee was hiking off trail near the Redrock Falls area when she was attacked by what is thought to be a grizzly bear.  The employee was able to hike to safety after being attacked with her hands and legs injured.  The Swiftcurrent Pass Trail is currently closed and park employees urge visitors to be “bear aware” and always carry bear spray.
