Mike Violette, of Missoula, has been a sportsman his entire life. Just as many Montanans, he lives for it. He loves it.
Mike was out hunting recently somewhere in Montana chasing elk with his buddy, and they found some. Unfortunately, neither one of them could connect with a bull–until last week.
Violette, known as “the Violator” by some, predicted to a couple of friends that the next time he went out, he would fill his 2016 bull elk tag. The friends he told, slightly skeptical, waited in anticipation.
Not even two days later, Mike was posing with his bull. Good work, Mike! That’s a beauty!
