MT FWP has been hearing from many locals and avid outdoorsmen saying that the West Fork of the Bitterroot river is being overused.  The over use has been said to drive fisherman else wear to recreate.  FWP is looking for 15 volunteers to put together a Bitterroot River Recreation Advisory Committee.  The committee would look at the current information available and gather more information in order to advise and make recommendations on what FWP should do to improve the experience on the upper Bitterroot.  Please contact FWP to apply by November 1st, 2016 as they hope to have the committee selected by the end of the year.
