For those anglers who are planning some fishing on the Missouri River in Region 4, just downstream of Great Falls, at the Widow Coulee Fishing Access Site, please make note that this particular access site will be closed for about two months.  Starting January 31st, there will be a contractor repairing the entrance road that leads to the site.  Assuming everything goes well with the weather, the construction should be done around March 31st.

The Widow Coulee Fishing Access Site is located approximately 2,093 miles from the mouth of the Missouri and is approximately three acres in size.  It’s a popular access point for many anglers, so please just keep this closure in mind if you’re headed that way.

PLEASE NOTE THAT HUNTING AND/OR DISCHARGE OF WEAPONS AT THE SITE IS PROHIBITED.
