“THE CELEBRATION THAT TOOK A CENTURY TO HAPPEN!”

MISSOULA, BOZEMAN, HELENA, HAMILTON, & BUTTE, MT – In just two weeks the largest sale and celebration – by far – will happen at every Bob Ward’s location statewide. The sheer volume of products on deep sale is daunting enough, but add in Customer Appreciation Events that envelope entire parking lots, over $50,000 in prizes, and feature some of Montana’s finest organizations, and you have a colossal celebration worthy of fitting under the Big Sky. Bob Ward’s 100th Anniversary Sale is June 8th through the 18th. Their Customer Appreciation Celebration is June 10th in Bozeman, Butte, and Helena, and June 17th in Missoula and Hamilton. Enjoy food, games, product demonstrations, music, giveaways, and so much more.

“Montana has been my family’s home since 1917, and over that time we’ve been successful because of our fantastic customers and employees. This celebration is about giving back.” says Chad Ward, President of Bob Ward’s and great grandson of the founder, Bob Ward. Bob Ward’s Sports & Outdoors marks 100 years in business in 2017
Here is a little backstory:

Robert C. Ward was on his way to the Klondike when he ran out of money in Missoula, MT. He ended up settling down and in 1917 he opened a jewelry repair shop. Over the years, with the help of his six sons, Bob Ward’s expanded into gunsmithing, fishing tackle, and eventually all things sporting goods.
Now, 100 years later, Bob Ward’s Sports & Outdoors enters a new century in business with the largest celebration in company history. Never forgetting their roots, Chad Ward says Bob Ward’s has always been your local sporting goods store, “We’re inviting everyone, whether you’ve been a long-time customer or just discovering Bob Ward’s, to come down and celebrate with us.”
